If you love sight-seeing, driving, walking, cycling or boating in beautiful countryside, or if you are thinking of buying a boat, or are having one built or fitted out, The Old Workshop and its surrounding wealth of waterway-related facilities (such as day-boat trips, chandlers, boat builders and fitters, brokers and marinas, as well as castles, theatres and many other tourist attractions) is just the place for you to come and stay.

And, if you care about the environment, you'll be pleased to note that we pride ourselves on being 'Green and Friendly', using Fair Trade, recycled and eco-friendly materials wherever we can.

Our rooms are £60 per night for two people (or £45 for single occupancy), with a choice of:

double room, with en-suite toilet and shower

twin-bedded room, with en-suite toilet, shower and bath

Accommodation includes:
full English (local farm produce) or Continental breakfast served in the Studio

TV/DVD/Video & tea/coffee in each room

free loan of DVDs and videos, from a wide choice of films

free tea/coffee all through the day, in the Studio

unlimited use of the studio and large, private garden

private off-road parking

Not only are we surrounded by the beautiful countryside of Northamptonshire and Warwickshire, we are also within one hour's drive of Birmingham, the Cotswolds and towns such as Oxford, Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Rugby.

We are also only an hour's pleasant train journey to the heart of London being only 20 minutes from Rugby train and coach stations and are close to the following international airports:

Birmingham International (45 mins)

London Luton (about 1 hour)

Nottingham East Midlands (less than 1 hour)

Coventry (20 minutes)
